 REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

*HOCKEY HELMET WITH CAGE, HOCKEY SHIN GUARDS,HOCKEY GLOVES AND STICK

GRAA floor hockey is open to boys and girls from K up to 6th grade.  

The season runs from December 3rd through February.

Games last approximately 50 minutes and are always held outside at the Carteret rink weather permitting, and inside at the Ridgewood Middle School gym on foul weather days.

 Emphasis is on fun, teamwork, and general hockey skills - checking is not permitted and the games are strictly regulated to promote sportsmanship and safety.

Kids are required to wear helmets, hockey gloves, and hockey shin guards, and goalie equipment is provided.

Parents are encouraged to help coach and become involved as much as possible.
