In May we will be outside at the field behind GR High School at those same times.

 In Addition, we will also have Wednesdays at 6pm at Clay once the weather is warmer.

3/4/5 graders- Wed at 6pm (either Sherman, Carteret or Forest),

Sat 11:30 - 1pm (Glenfield)

6/7/8 intown will be on Sat (1 -3pm) and another weeknight to be determined,

Games may be any day.

Travel Ball practice schedule will be sent from coaches.

Softball

GRAA softball is open to girls Pre-K through 8th grade. Grades are split into groups and will depend on the number of girls signing up from each grade. Historically, we have grouped two or three grades together. Pricing for registrations before March 15th. In-Town Pre-K through 2nd grade ($90), InTown 3rd through 8th grade ($100).

We need as many parent coaches as possible to make this program a success. Please volunteer for coaching or "behind the scenes" help. We will be using the GRAA DIBS* program this year. This program tracks your volunteer time and helps you earn credit towards some terrific softball gear for your player(s), or discounts off future GRAA Softball related fees.  Please take a look and claim your DIBS Now!  We will be adding positions as the season continues. Travel

GRAA TRAVEL SOFTBALL

Tryouts for the GRAA travel softball teams has been held already.

Girls in the 3rd through 8th grades are eligible for our 3 teams. These are competitive teams playing games against other town's travel teams. Important - if your daughter was planning on trying out and did not attend please send an email to grsoftball@hotmail.com with your daughters name, grade, birthdate, parents names(s), email and phone number(s), if you have not already done so.

Fees will be $185 if you register before March 15th. Fees will go up for registrations after this date. (there may be an additional fee for the older girls as we hope to have some professional training help). We hope to continue using the same uniforms, but new players will have to purchase a uniform and a helmet (through GRAA). If anyone has a helmet that is not being used anymore (from an older daughter) and you would like to donate it to the teams please let us know.

"Dibs" is an online tool that helps keep members organized by providing a platform to assign and claim responsibility. 

Site members can browse Dib Sessions and claim responsibility for Dib Items. 

Members then complete Dib Items to fulfill their Dib Session requirements.
