GRAA Wrestling does all this!
GRAA Wrestling will teach your children:
•training on wrestling fundamentals, skills, and techniques

•teamwork and sportsmanship
GRAA Wrestling helps wrestlers of all levels.
No matter your child’s level or experience, GRAA Wrestling is designed so that your child will learn and improve. The GRAA Wrestling coaches focus their attention on the experienced as well as the inexperienced wrestler.
Under the guidance of the GRAA Wrestling coaches, your child is taught all areas of wrestling. The coaches emphasize the importance of doing their best at all times, maintaining a positive mental attitude, and practicing good sportsmanship.
GRAA Wrestling provides your young wrestler with experienced coaching.
For the first few weeks of the season, before meets begin, there are usually three weeknight practices from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the High School cafeteria.
The VARSITY team competes in the Suburban Wrestling League. Schedule, standings and gym directions can be found at www.subwl.com.
Generally, Varsity meets are Wednesday and Saturday, JV meets Friday.
Wrestling shoes and headgear are available at stores including Sport Authority, Verona Sports, and Murphs in Montclair. GRAA has a limited number of shoes available.
